I suggest you ...

I would like to have HTML formatting in the notes box

IT would be nice to have html formatting in the notes box, at least retain the html formatting from web copy paste if you didn't want to put in a wysiwig

I agree with David Brophy. Please don't do this.

Any update on this? It sounds like it was in the works 4 years ago.

I'd be happy with the ability to change the font to something monospace...

Nooooo! Please don't do this! The lack of formatting is what makes NoteSync great. Keep it simple.

Any idea when this may be coming about? This is a great app and would help me out quite a bit.

I use the heck out of outlines when taking notes. In order of desire:
        1. Bulleted lists
        2. Nested bulleted lists (n-levels deep)
        3. Numbered lists

I would like it to recognize hyperlinks and make them clickable.

Great suggestions. We walk a fine line between simplicity and complexity. We are currently working on very simple HTML formatting elements like bold, italics, underline and potentially bullets. It gets complicated ensuring that what goes up to Google Docs is what comes back down, but it will happen. As far as MultiMarkdown syntax, that is an excellent technology, however it probably won't get integrated with NoteSync. We'd rather provide an intuitive editor rather than require the user to have to learn syntax.

Thanks for your suggestion, we appreciate them!

or, even better, support MultiMarkdown Syntax.
